While sports provide a powerful foundation for success, 70% of girls drop out by the age of 13, twice the rate of boys, with Black girls facing even steeper challenges due to a lack of mentorship, representation, and support.

About LeadHER Inc.

LeadHER is dedicated to empowering young Black female athletes by developing leadership skills through sports. Our program focuses on building confidence, resilience, and teamwork, equipping these athletes to challenge societal limitations and rise as powerful, confident leaders in a world that often tries to make them feel small.
